Founded in 1999 to support communities suffering from water scarcity, Team&Team is an international relief and development NGO.


On the foundation of clean water, we address interconnected challenges in health and hygiene, education, agriculture and nutrition, gender equality, and the climate crisis.

Water, water! Please give us water!




In 1999, the year Team&Team first set foot in Kenya, people in deep distress were asked a simple question: “What do you need most?” Their answer came as an echoing cry, almost a plea, for ‘water’. From that single word, the heartbeat of Team&Team began.


We provide what is needed most, to whoever needs it.


We have grown into Korea's only NGO specializing in WASH sector, continually deepening our expertise in safe water and public health. Going beyond water and sanitation support, we are guided by the belief that true change means empowering communities to stand on their own. Grounded in our WASH expertise, we continue to expand our work across multiple sectors — always delivering what is needed most, to those who need it most.
